Morningside Courtyard House

Our design and planning for a new TND neighborhood in Morningside aimed to create a true community. The site is composed of zero lot line courtyard homes which we have developed exclusively for this new type of neighborhood development within the metro area of Atlanta. The interior plans and space of each home are focused on the outdoor living space of the courtyard, merging the interior and exterior boundaries. The site offers a communal green park area while the courtyards of each individual home provides for private and intimate outdoor living.
