Plants Landscape

A local professional landscaping company needed a new headquarters for their rapidly expanding business.  Program includes administrative offices and enclosed storage for the company’s considerable amount of landscaping equipment.  The design was conceived as two interlocking volumes (one for the offices and the other for the equipment) joined under a definitive butterfly roof.  The unique roof form allows for rain water harvesting and maximum daylighting of the interior spaces while providing the client with an iconic presence in the City of Decatur.
